The best pizza I've had in quite some time. A "pizza verace with fiordilatte" served at "La vera Smorfia" in Boretto, Reggio Emilia: just tomato, mozzarella fiordilatte, basil... and chili pepper-flavoured oil - optional, but a personal favourite addition to the traditional Margherita.
