Went to Riccione with the gang for Elly's birthday and had this spaghetti with "colatura di alici" (a syrup expelled by anchovies when marinated in salt and compressed). Notably, the recipe was enriched with lemon and peanuts. However, it looked better than it tasted (plus it took three hours for the dishes to be served). Maybe the "colatura di alici" is not for me. Still, happy birthday Elly!
