Barcelona 2022

Elly's hen do in Barcelona. I got to experience some serious clubbing during this stay, which I never really did. I am now in my late 20s, but I guess it's never too late to have some real fun, which I had this time around, leaving me wanting more. Also, why are the Spanish so fine-looking, seriously.

We hit Cagliari in September 2021 to attend the ETSF Young Researchers' Meeting. What a blast!

Valencia 2019

They say Valencia is one perfect destination for "la movida" and all that jazz, but truth is when we came along we found it to be as peaceful and quiet as it gets in Spain. Anyway, pretty town, ideal for biking, it gave off such calming and dreamy vibes to me.

New York 2016

First time travelling overseas EVER! You need a passport for that, and the flight takes sooo long, and then you have to endure numerous post-9/11 checks by the Americans and stuff... What an adventure that was! Fell in love with the town. There's just so much to discover: buildings, architecture, shops, museums, art, graffiti, musicals, parks, diners, restaurants, grannies holding jazz sessions in their apartments, you name it. Hope to come back someday.

Rome 2015

This is either a safe or a bold call, but there is no city as beautiful as Rome in the world. This was one of my first serious trips, and perhaps still the most unforgettable. What an eye-opener, I cherish the memories it left me.
